Once you have found the property you want to rent from Kubie Gold Associates and your offer has been accepted by the landlord, you will be required to pay a non-refundable Reservation Deposit, normally equivalent to the value of one week’s rent. Administration and Referencing Fee: £300.00. This is taken after your offer has been accepted, we have proceeded to collect references and draw up a tenancy agreement.
A Fee of £6.00 per Tenant to access our online portal where we will ask you to upload your reference and I.D. Data and sign the Tenancy Agreement.
A Security Deposit to be held for the duration of the tenancy is usually equal to the value of 6 weeks’ rent (the landlord may ask for an increased deposit where a pet is permitted)
